The vehicle will be sold on an ” As is. Where is” basis. Ali costs related to the transfer of the ownership (custom fee, tax fee, re – registration) will be borne by the buyer.

The successful bidder will be infonned as soon as possible after the closing date. Pavment in Ml must be received by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Deveiopment before the vehicle is released. The EBRD reserves the right to reject any or ali bids, which we consider unreasonable.
